Services › Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspection for Golf Range Products

We inspect your goods at the factory before you pay the balance, so problems get fixed in China, not discovered in your warehouse.

What We Check

What We Check on Every Inspection

Quantity & assortment

Carton count, units per carton, colors and sizes against your PO.

Product specs

Measurements, weight, pile height, foam thickness, tee height, mesh size: whatever your spec defines.

Workmanship

Visible defects: loose stitching, glue marks, uneven turf, cracked rubber, sharp edges.

Function tests

Simple on-site tests, e.g. ball bounce, tee hold, net tension, mat flatness after unrolling.

Packaging & labels

Retail box, barcodes, logo placement, carton marks and drop test where needed.

Golden sample match

Production compared side by side with your approved sample.

AQL Explained

What Is AQL, in Plain English?

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit, ISO 2859-1) is the standard way to inspect a batch without checking every unit. We pull a random sample sized to your order, count defects, and compare them with the limits you choose.

  • Critical defects: 0 allowed (safety issues)
  • Major defects: typically AQL 2.5
  • Minor defects: typically AQL 4.0
  • You get a clear pass / fail and photos of every defect found

Example: for an order of 1,201–3,200 units at General Inspection Level II, the sample size is 125 units.

Sample inspection result (example layout)

Major (AQL 2.5)3 found / 7 allowedPASS
Minor (AQL 4.0)12 found / 10 allowedFAIL

FAQ

Inspection FAQ

When should I book the inspection?
Book once you have a production finish date. The inspection usually happens when at least 80% of goods are finished and packed, before your balance payment.
What happens if the inspection fails?
You get the full report with photos of every defect. The factory reworks or replaces the goods, then we re-inspect before you pay the balance. The re-inspection fee is agreed with you in advance.
Can you inspect a supplier I found myself?
Yes. Send us the factory contact and your PO or spec, and we schedule directly with them. You do not need to use our sourcing service.
Do you inspect outside Guangdong?
Yes. Many golf range products are made in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangsu. Location affects the price, so we confirm the exact fee before you book.
