Pre-Shipment Inspection for Golf Range Products
We inspect your goods at the factory before you pay the balance, so problems get fixed in China, not discovered in your warehouse.
What We Check on Every Inspection
Quantity & assortment
Carton count, units per carton, colors and sizes against your PO.
Product specs
Measurements, weight, pile height, foam thickness, tee height, mesh size: whatever your spec defines.
Workmanship
Visible defects: loose stitching, glue marks, uneven turf, cracked rubber, sharp edges.
Function tests
Simple on-site tests, e.g. ball bounce, tee hold, net tension, mat flatness after unrolling.
Packaging & labels
Retail box, barcodes, logo placement, carton marks and drop test where needed.
Golden sample match
Production compared side by side with your approved sample.
What Is AQL, in Plain English?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit, ISO 2859-1) is the standard way to inspect a batch without checking every unit. We pull a random sample sized to your order, count defects, and compare them with the limits you choose.
- Critical defects: 0 allowed (safety issues)
- Major defects: typically AQL 2.5
- Minor defects: typically AQL 4.0
- You get a clear pass / fail and photos of every defect found
Example: for an order of 1,201–3,200 units at General Inspection Level II, the sample size is 125 units.
| Critical | 0 found / 0 allowed | PASS |
| Major (AQL 2.5) | 3 found / 7 allowed | PASS |
| Minor (AQL 4.0) | 12 found / 10 allowed | FAIL |
Illustrative numbers only, not a real client order.
