Pricing FAQ

Do you mark up factory prices?

No. We share the factory's original quote and you pay the factory directly. We earn only the service fee shown on this page.

Who pays the factory?

You do, directly to the factory's company account. We never hold your product payment. Need us to handle factory payments for you? That can be arranged on request under separate terms.

What if the inspection fails?

The factory reworks or replaces the defective goods first, then we re-inspect before you pay the balance. The re-inspection fee is agreed with you in advance.

Can you check my existing supplier?

Yes. Book a Pre-Shipment Inspection for your next order, or a Price Comparison to benchmark what you are paying against 3–5 other factories.

Is there a minimum order?

We have no minimum order of our own. Factories set their own MOQs, and we tell you up front what each one requires. Full-Service has a minimum fee of about $500 per order.

Do you handle shipping to the US?

We coordinate with your freight forwarder, or one we recommend, and prepare the export documents. Freight and duties are billed by the forwarder, not by us.
